Realtors carry the brunt of liability during a transaction. It’s a balancing act
Realtors must juggle communicating with all parties of a transaction from start to finish. From juggling between promoting & advertising the property, researching our local market & providing a comparative market analysis, all while meeting “time is of the essence” deadlines with paperwork, monies, & dates. To negotiating price & sales terms, educating the buyer/seller, scheduling vendors & reviewing inspection reports, the list goes on and on….
