We met Cynthia Team a few years before we put our Concord NC home up for sale, and had an informal but informative talk about putting our home up for sale down the road. The next day Cynthia told us she knew a buyer who would buy our house right then and there! It was reassuring to know that we met a skilled Realtor who we liked and felt comfortable with, for that “down the road” time should we decide to sell our home.

Well, down the road is now Victory Lane. After renovating the old house we thought we might stay in forever, we decided it was time to move to reunite with Family members in another State. Of course, we contacted Cynthia first. It was the only call we needed to make for a great Realtor.

Our home sold quickly, and we got what we needed from the sale to successfully relocate and purchase a new home. Even after we left North Carolina and began our journey elsewhere, Cynthia stayed in touch with help and encouragement as we navigated the murky waters of a very tough real estate market in Upstate New York.

Well today is moving day! Good bye to HOA in Mooresville and hello home in Troutman!

It could not have happened with out Cynthia Team as our Real Estate Agent, as our project manager, as our diehard representative that kept after the FHA, HUD, mortgage company, setup inspections with 5 separate companies and then negotiated with the sellers to pay for repairs. All while being under the weather, and is still making sure that the contractors are fulfilling their commitments.

I could not recommend her any better than to say if you are looking for a real estate agent, then she is your WOMAN!

Cynthia and Stephanie helped us buy our dream home! We had our top 10 list and really would have been happy if we found something that checked off the top 3 or 4. But Cynthia is the hardest working woman I know and worked tirelessly and found us the house of our dreams! I don’t know how she did it in today’s market, but an over achiever she is!  We could not be happier and so thankful we found her.
