Our Story
TEAMRE, the name speaks, who we are, a TEAM and yes, not only is it my name, it represents all of the professionals I can bring to your real estate transaction, making it the best experience it can possibly be.
RE tags along to denote Real Estate. It’s our brand.
After more than 30 years in the commercial world of planning commercial spaces, negotiating contracts, General Construction and Interior Design, the recession brought to light a desire to share all my talents with my family, friends and community. Knowing my Charlotte roots and living half my life in Cornelius, there are lots of people I can help.
Our Mission
It is our Mission to help friends and family and navigate the complex world of Real Estate. With years of professional experience and knowledge of the Charlotte and Lake Norman Regions, we at TEAMRE stand prepared and passionate to be the only TEAM you will need to succeed in Listing or Buying property.
Having to deal with all that and being out of town was a real struggle. You made everything smooth and took care of some of the Buyers hiccups too. You were so professional and a friend to boot. Couldn't have asked for more!!!!!.

Well today is moving day! Good bye to HOA in Mooresville and hello home in Troutman!
It could not have happened with out Cynthia Team as our Real Estate Agent, as our project manager, as our diehard representative that kept after the FHA, HUD, mortgage company, setup inspections with 5 separate companies and then negotiated with the sellers to pay for repairs. All while being under the weather, and is still making sure that the contractors are fulfilling their commitments.
I could not recommend her any better than to say if you are looking for a real estate agent, then she is your WOMAN!

Yes, I am one of the few - born and raised in Charlotte whose grandparents lived in 4th Ward, which is still affluent to the City. My grandfather was active as a Charlotte City Police officer and part-time trolley car conductor. My family is much a part of the City’s history.
My parents were active in the Charlotte community as well – raising 4 children (I have three brothers) until moving to Lake Norman, in the late 70’s.
Having partially raised my young family in Charlotte, I chose to move to Lake Norman because of the quality of schools and education for my children. We continue to live in the Cornelius community to this day, now 34 years.
I love to share my knowledge of the Region - where to go and where to live because I do know the current news and past history in both Charlotte and at Lake Norman.
Stephanie Suddeth
Broker / Buyer's Agent
Born in Charlotte and raised in Cornelius, I’ve watched the area grow exponentially over the past 40 years.
My knowledge of the area allows me to show and navigate around to find that perfect home or community that fits their needs. I got into real estate because I enjoy helping people, and I know the Lake Norman area very well, so it made sense to put the two together.
I’m a full time Realtor and a homeschooling mother of two wonderful sons. I enjoy walking on trails with my golden retriever, Haven. My passions are; cooking like Gordon Ramsey, reading about and acting on natural health/wellness and spending quality time with friends and family.
